+The IT Admin needs to handle a few processes when the Season Reset takes place.
+  * SF Backups should be confirmed to be up to date, as of Apr 2026 we use OwnBackup for this.
+  * Season__c object for new season needs to be created. Clear out dates for tier 2 and standings until confirmed. Use placeholder end date.
+  * Clone all Season Requirements from previous Season but make sure they are inactive to give time for users to edit them.
+  * Make inactive any portal users with no logins in 2 or more years.
