Season Reset

After the WGI World Championship concludes, a Season Reset must be performed in Salesforce in order to enable planning and building in the new season.

Currently Season Resets are set to take place on May 1st, yearly.

This process includes the:

• Creation of the new Season
• Process batch creating new Group Seasons
• Cloning and modifying for previous Season Requirements for Judges and Directors
• Setting new dates for Registration
• Setting Season fields regarding Standings and for SFCSM functionality.

It also includes deactivation of any no-activity portal users, the cutoff is currently set to no activity for 2 years.
