The IT Admin needs to handle a few processes when the Season Reset takes place.
SF Backups should be confirmed to be up to date, as of Apr 2026 we use OwnBackup for this.
Season__c object for new season needs to be created. Clear out dates for tier 2 and standings until confirmed. Use placeholder end date.
Clone all Season Requirements from previous Season but make sure they are inactive to give time for users to edit them.
Make inactive any portal users with no logins in 2 or more years.
